Terms & Conditions

  • The safety and welfare of all dogs during all training sessions and consultations is the responsibility of the owner/handler. No aversive methods will be tolerated at any training sessions, including verbal or physical punishment. All welfare issues will be reported to the appropriate authorities if deemed necessary.

  • Owner/handler accepts that there are risks and hazards involved in all activities with dogs and voluntarily agree to accept those risks and hazards. It is the owner/handler’s responsibility to clear up any fouling.

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated, wormed regularly and must be fully insured. Where dogs have only received an initial vaccination it is the owner/handlers responsibility to gain Veterinary consent to attend.

  • All dogs must be wearing secure collars/harnesses (including tag) and leads (no flexi leads). Working off lead when/if instructed will be at the discretion of and the responsibility of the owner/handler.

  • If you suspect your dog to be in poor health or is having bouts of sickness, diarrhoea or coughing you agree not to attend until your dog is well again. If your ‘bitch’ is in season you agree not to attend any training sessions until this is concluded. In the case of a post-op dog the health and safety of your dog is paramount and you agree to obtain veterinary consent to attend further training sessions.

  • Course payments are required to be paid in full in advance of the first session. In the event of non-attendance once the course has begun, no refunds will be considered. Payments for individual sessions and consultations require a non-refundable deposit of 30% so that commencement of planning for that appointment can begin, with the remainder being paid in cash at the time of the appointment.

You are within your rights to change your mind and to cancel your booking 14 days from the date any bookings are made, this can either be by telephone, email or letter. If 14 days has not elapsed between the booking and the date of delivery of the initial session or consultation, a cancellation fee of 30% will be payable to cover all costs and expenses incurred. If any cancellation is made within 5 working days of any booked appointment or course, full payment will be due with no exceptions.
